The price includes VAT,
tourist tax (1.01 EUR)
per night is not included.
In order to make a reservation a 10% deposit is required.
In case a potential guest fails to cancel the reservation, we reserve the right to charge the guest with the price of one night for the reserved accommodation via the guest's credit card.
